Job summary

North Memorial Health seeks a Surgical Technologist for Maple Grove Hospital to assist the surgical team and ensure a clean, safe operating room environment. You will support the surgeon and team, handle instruments, and uphold infection control standards.

The role requires an accredited Associate degree in Surgical Technology, CST certification or eligible, and at least 2 years of experience. Evening shifts, on-site work, and non-exempt status are noted.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Associate degree surgical technologist program.
• Certification as CST or eligible for certification within probation period.
• Minimum 2 years surgical technologist experience and strong infection control knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeon and operative team to ensure a safe environment.
• Handle instruments, equipment, and supplies during procedures.
