Job summary

Overlake Hospital is seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist for Labor and Delivery, with scrub experience for cesarean sections and versatile role supporting in stocking and department tasks.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited Surgical Technology program, WA licensure, NBSTSA certification, and CPR, with 1–2 years L&D OR experience and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Surgical Technologist licensure in the State of Washington required.
• NBSTSA certification required or preferred.
• Healthcare provider CPR Certification required.
• One year of Labor & Delivery OR experience preferred (2 years for CST).
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Labor and Delivery ORs and cesarean sections.
• Stock and supply the department as needed.
• Provide scrub assistance during procedures.
• Deliver compassionate patient care and teamwork.

Overlake Hospital is seeking a Surgical Technologist for Labor and Delivery.We are looking for a dedicated team member with outstanding clinical skills, who has the ability to multitask, stay organized and deliver excellent care in an efficient and compassionate manner. An experienced Surgical Technologist with Labor and Delivery,scrub experience for surgical cesarean sections, versatile role with assisting in department with stocking and helping with vaginal deliveries.

Qualifications for Surgical Technologist

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program required.
• Surgical Technologist licensure in the State of Washington required.
• Certification by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) is preferred.
• Healthcare provider CPR Certification required.
• One - two years of Labor & Delivery OR experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills required.
