Job summary

Advanced Surgical Care is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our ambulatory surgery team in Missouri. Under supervision, you scrub for procedures, prepare instruments, maintain sterile technique, and support quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications include high school diploma or equivalent, completion of a surgical technician program or 2 years experience preferred, knowledge of aseptic technique, and strong teamwork and communication with staff, patients, and physicians.

Responsibilities

• Scrubs for surgical procedures as part of the surgical team.
• Prepares and maintains supplies, instruments and equipment for procedures.
• Supports quality improvement activities within the Surgery Center.
• Collaborates with surgeons, nurses and other staff to ensure patient safety.
