Qualifications

• Three (3) years of Surgical Technologist experience in an operating room.
• Certification through an approved accreditation body as required by state.
• Hold current national certification as required for services.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English to ensure safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the performance of procedures for surgical patients per policies.
• Provides intraoperative care and supports the surgical team.
• Uses and supplies equipment safely according to patient needs.
• Demonstrates technical accountability and participates in ongoing education.
• Completes assigned goals during surgical procedures.
