Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain sterile fields for procedures.
• Anticipate surgical needs and assist surgeons and nursing staff throughout cases.
• Arrange, verify, and manage surgical instruments and supplies.
• Perform instrument and specimen management, including accurate counts.
• Handle specimens appropriately and support documentation needs as required.
• Ensure strict compliance with infection control, safety, and surgical standards.
