Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and monitor the sterile field before and during procedures.

• Anticipate and respond to surgeons’ and nurses’ needs to maintain workflow and safety.
• Assist with patient positioning and draping.
• Handle and manage surgical specimens according to established protocols.
• Follow strict infection prevention, safety, and surgical standards.
