Formación

• Applicable Experience: 1 year
• Basic Life Support - American Heart Association or Red Cross

Responsabilidades

• Assists in delivery of direct patient care during surgical intervention
• Collaborates with healthcare team to enhance patient care
• Performs clinical and surgical functions as part of a multi-skilled role
• Ensures supplies and sterile instrumentation are prepared for procedures
• Obtains sterile instrumentation and communicates hand-off to decontamination
• Completes qualifications to be a success coach (preceptor)
• Participates in at least two education or training programs annually
• Supports quality and change projects
• Participates in department meetings
