Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Surgical Technology program.
• Military equivalent program for Surgical Technology may qualify.
• NBSTSA or NCCT certification is required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain sterile field and ensure sterile environment.
• Anticipate the needs of the surgical team.
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff and physicians.
• Perform duties and responsibilities of Surgical Technologist 1-A and higher as applicable.
