Mercy Orthopedic Hospital in Missouri is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support the operating room team. You will provide surgical instruments to the team, coordinate patient care with colleagues, and protect patient rights and confidentiality in line with Mercy standards.
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to Mercy mission and service standards within the Ozark/Springfield area.
Performs the primary function of a Surgical Technologist in the Operating Room. Maintains accountability for the provision of surgical instruments to the surgical team. Coordinates the care of the surgical patient with other team members. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
