Qualifications

• BLS must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (ST) credential.
• Vocational School graduate or certificate required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the surgical suite with instruments, supplies and advanced equipment for safe procedures.
• Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping and draping while prioritizing comfort, privacy and safety.
• Scrub in and provide instruments, handle specimens, and anticipate the team’s needs during procedures.
• Monitor patients and surgical equipment throughout procedures and respond promptly to concerns.
• Uphold sterile technique, complete room turnover efficiently, and support a high-performing team.
