Surgical Technologist III Weekend Only at HCA HealthONE Swedish is a pivotal role supporting safe surgeries in a collaborative team. You’ll prepare the operative suite and assist during procedures, ensuring instrument readiness and adherence to sterile technique.

Qualifications

• BCLS required within 30 days of employment start date.
• (ST) Surgical Technologist credential is required.
• Vocational School Graduate.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the surgical suite with instruments, supplies, and advanced equipment to ensure safe, seamless procedures.
• Assist with patient transport, positioning, prepping, and draping while prioritizing comfort, privacy, and safety.
• Scrub in and partner with the surgical team by providing instruments, handling specimens, and anticipating the team’s needs.
• Monitor patients and surgical equipment throughout procedures, responding promptly and effectively to any concerns.
• Uphold sterile technique, complete room turnover efficiently, and support a high-performing, collaborative team environment.
