Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare in Memphis is seeking a Surgical Technologist to scrub and assist the surgical team by handling instruments and supplies in a sterile environment.

You will maintain a sterile field, support physicians, and help ensure efficient procedures, while upholding the mission and values of the organization. This role demands attention to detail and teamwork in a high-paced setting.

Formación

• Technical Degree or Diploma in Surgical Technology required.
• Associates Degree in Surgical Technology preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association required.
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification required.
• Tech in Surgery TS-C preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Performs scrub duties to assist physician/surgeon during surgical procedures.
• Maintains a sterile field for surgical services and follows aseptic principles.
• Manages resources such as supplies and equipment efficiently.
• Demonstrates professional behavior and excellent customer service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
