New graduates and previous MMC and MaineHealth employees with more than 3 months of separation are eligible. Current MMC and MaineHealth employees are not eligible.
Summary:
This is a Monday-Friday day shift position (4-10 hour shifts with 1 flexible day off). Closed Major Holidays. No weekends and no on-call requirement past 2300.
The Scarborough Surgery Center provides care to patients of all ages, involving procedures such as but not limited to Total Joint Replacement, Robotics, Neuro, ENT, Orthopedics, GYN/GU. The Surgical Technologist I - MMCP role involves preparing the operating room, instruments, equipment, and supplies, as well as passing instruments, sponges, and sutures to surgeons.
