This full-time position offers a pay range of $23.31–$36.36 per hour, a 72-hour biweekly schedule, and a $7,500 sign-on bonus. Evening and weekend on-call coverage for main OR are required, with a supportive, professional workplace culture.

Qualificações

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or equivalent experience.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider completed within 60 days after hire.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare the surgical suite and maintain sterile field throughout procedures.
• Assist with instrument handling, passing and setup during operations.
• Maintain competence across multiple surgical specialties and case complexity.
• Participate in 24-hour on-call coverage for main OR emergencies.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and sterile processing to ensure efficient workflow.
• Ensure room turnover, inventory management, and compliance with safety standards.
