Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician Program or equivalent on-the-job training.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or within 90 days of hire.
• 1+ year of surgical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains sterile field during surgical procedures using aseptic technique.

He/she understands the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon.
