He/she understands the procedure being performed and anticipates the needs of the surgeon. He/she has the necessary knowledge and ability to ensure quality patient care during the operative procedure and is constantly on vigil for maintenance of the sterile field. Location: Geneva, IllinoisStatus: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, Days and Evenings (No Weekends)Expected Starting Pay: $26 - $34 (minimum to mid-point, based on experience) Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Surgical Technician Program or previous on the job training in surgical technology required.
