Job summary

Advocate Health's Davie Medical Center – Administration: Surgery is seeking a Surgical Technologist. Full-time, 40 hours per week, four 10-hour shifts (0630-1700) at North Carolina location. Graduation from a Surgical Technology program and BCLS certification are required; specialty certification is a plus.

You will support RN staff, manage instruments and supplies, ensure patient safety, and work in a high-stress environment with a focus on quality care and cost containment.

Qualifications

• Graduation from a Surgical Technology program.
• BCLS certification required; Certification in specialty area preferred.
• Under direct supervision of the RN, ensuring quality patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

• Ensures quality patient care, safety and advocacy under RN supervision.
• Maintains instruments, equipment and supplies accurately and promptly.
