UW Health in Madison, WI is recruiting a Surgical Technologist for Eyes, ENT, Plastics to join our inpatient surgery team. This part-time (0.90 FTE) role supports pre-op through post-op duties in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with leading surgeons in a Level 1 Trauma Center, assisting with complex procedures and ensuring operating room readiness. On-call requirements and flexible scheduling help accommodate department needs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare operating room for surgery.
• Assist surgeons during procedures in Eyes, ENT and Plastics.
• Anticipate needs and provide instrument and supply support.
• Maintain sterile technique and patient safety during operations.

Work Schedule

Part-time, 0.90 FTE, 36 hours a week. The hours are 0640-1510 with one day a week 0940-1810, or 0640-1910 with one day a week 0940-2310. This position also includes an on‑call requirement. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

Pay

• This position may be eligible for up to a $13,500 sign‑on bonus (pro‑rated based on FTE).
• Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants
• Additional components of compensation may include:
• Evening and night shift differential
• Weekend differential
• On‑call pay
