Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a CAAHEP-accredited Surgical Technologist program and in good standing.
• Demonstrates competency in prescribed surgical technologist procedures under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates competency in aseptic technique, sharps safety, instrument and specimen management.
• Communicates pertinent patient data accurately and prioritizes patient care activities.
• Assumes responsibility for own professional development.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.
