• Experience: 0–1 year in surgical technologist role required; 1–2 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures.
• Set up sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment for surgery.
• Transport patients and assist with positioning on the table.
• Pass instruments and supplies to the surgical team.
• Follow sterilization techniques to maintain instrument sterility.
• Document surgical procedures and counts of sponges, sharps, and instruments.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesiologists.
• Assist in preparing the surgical site and managing drains/catheters.
