AdventHealth in New Smyrna Beach, FL is seeking a Surgical Technician to anticipate the needs of the surgeon and assist the circulating nurse throughout procedures. Qualifications

• Associate degree in Surgical Technology preferred.
• BLS CPR certification and CST certification required.
• 1+ year experience in a surgical environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeon and keep circulating nurse informed during procedures.
• Assemble supplies, equipment, and medications before procedures.
• Maintain aseptic technique and monitor infection control.
• Support room turnover and coordinate with staff.
