Job summary

Essentia Health in Fargo, ND is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our day-shift casual/as-needed surgical team. You’ll prepare operating rooms, set up instruments and supplies, and maintain sterile technique to support safe, efficient procedures.

You’ll collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff, anticipate needs during cases, assist with patient positioning, prepping, and surgical counts, and grow through ongoing learning as you deliver patient-centered care to our community.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintaining sterile technique in an operating room.
• Ability to prepare ORs and set up instruments and supplies.
• Strong teamwork with surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia staff.
