Job summary

Qualifications

• A graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program.
• Must be certified to perform CPR with 0-2 years of clinical experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains medical equipment for surgical procedures.
• Sets up operating room with instruments, drapes and sterile solutions.
• Tends to patient during pre-operation procedures and assists the team.
• Assembles sterile and non-sterile equipment and verifies proper function.
• Positions patients, transports to OR, and aids in applying sterile drapes.
