Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains standards of care for the operative patient per AORN guidelines.
• Prepares environment by stocking rooms and cleaning equipment.
• Anticipates surgeon and anesthesia needs and assembles supplies.
• Assists with patient positioning and follows hand scrubs, counts, and Time Out procedures.
• Ensures safety and infection control, keeps up with education and policy updates.
