Baptist Health is hiring a CVOR Surgical Technologist to join the Cardiovascular Operating Room team at Baptist Medical Center South. This full-time role requires flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, holidays, and participate in the call rotation.

Responsibilities include maintaining a sterile field, anticipating surgeon needs, assisting with instruments, and ensuring patient safety throughout cardiovascular procedures.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience with Open Heart Procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assemble, organize, and maintain a sterile field for cardiovascular operative procedures.
• Anticipate the surgeon's needs throughout each procedure and prepare instruments and supplies accordingly.
• Ensure proper handling and disposition of surgical specimens and instruments.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to minimize anesthesia time and promote patient safety.
• Prepare, clean, and restock the operating room between procedures.
• Participate in the required weekday and weekend call rotation.

As a CVOR Surgical Technologist, Your Responsibilities Include

• Assemble, organize, and maintain a sterile field for cardiovascular operative procedures

Experience Requirements
