Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Open Heart Procedures experience required.
• High school diploma required.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, organize, and maintain a sterile field for cardiovascular procedures.
• Anticipate the surgeon's needs and prepare instruments and supplies accordingly.
• Ensure proper handling and disposition of specimens and instruments.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to minimize anesthesia time and promote patient safety.
• Prepare, clean, and restock the operating room between procedures.
• Participate in the required weekday and weekend call rotation.
