Overlake Medical Center and Clinics is seeking a Surgical Technologist for their Inpatient Surgery Department. We are looking for a dedicated team member with outstanding clinical skills, who can multitask, stay organized, and deliver excellent care in an efficient and compassionate manner.

The Inpatient Surgery department features a 17-suite OR performing a variety of procedures including Ortho, Neuro, Spine, Bariatric, GYN, Robotic, Vascular, Endovascular, Urology, Plastics, and General cases. The role involves setting up sterile supplies and assisting surgeons.

Qualifications for Surgical Technologist:

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program or completed military/hospital-based training.
• Surgical Technologist licensure in Washington State.
• Certification by NBSTSA preferred.
• CPR Certification required.
• 1-2 years OR experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications for Certified Surgical Technologist:

• Same as above, with at least 1 year of OR experience required.

• Competitive pay range: $34.57 - $56.01/hr, with sign-on bonuses for experienced ($9,000) and new grads ($4,500).
