Baystate Health is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join the Surgical Services team at Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield, Massachusetts. In this role, you will work closely with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and other members of the operating room team to support safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care. The Surgical Technologist plays an essential role in the surgical environment by maintaining the sterile field, preparing and handling surgical instruments and equipment, anticipating the needs of the surgical team, and supporting patients throughout invasive surgical, therapeutic, and diagnostic procedures. This position offers the opportunity to build and maintain expertise across a variety of surgical specialties while working as an integral member of a collaborative clinical team committed to patient safety and excellent outcomes.
