Make an Impact with Baystate Health Baystate Medical Center's Main Operating Room is seeking a Surgical Technologist to join our highly skilled surgical team in Springfield, Massachusetts. Our Main OR provides surgical services in a collaborative, fast-paced environment, supporting a broad range of complex inpatient and outpatient procedures. Team members work closely with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and other members of the surgical services team to deliver safe, effective, high-quality patient care. Our newly renovated operating suites feature advanced technology and resources that empower our team to focus on what matters most—providing exceptional care and helping patients achieve the best possible surgical outcomes.
Baystate Medical Center's Main OR features: 24 state-of-the-art inpatient and outpatient operating rooms. 8 dedicated heart & vascular and neurology interventional procedure rooms. A highly experienced and collaborative team supporting a broad range of complex surgical specialties. Opportunities to work with advanced surgical technology while caring for patients whose lives are restored and enhanced through innovative procedures. As part of a 24/7 surgical services department, team members participate in weekend, holiday, and off-shift rotation coverage, with rotation expectations occurring at least quarterly.
