Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility is seeking a Surgical Technologist to support fertility-focused surgeries in Seattle. This part-time, onsite role requires maintaining sterile environments and assisting with procedures in a fast-paced team setting.

Ideal candidates hold WA licensure, complete an accredited technologist program, and maintain BLS certification. 1–2 years of experience is preferred, with flexible shifts from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

Qualifications

• Washington State licensure required.
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• 1–2 years of experience in a clinical or surgical setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with fertility procedures (Egg Retrieval, D&C, Hysteroscopy, Vasectomy Reversal, Sperm Aspiration, Varicocelectomy, etc.).
• Maintain aseptic technique and instrument setup.
• Prepare and scrub into cases; promote a safe surgical environment.
• Assist with patient positioning and monitor comfort and safety in OR.
• Participate in OR turnover, decontamination, and equipment maintenance.
• Manage inventory of surgical supplies and instruments.

About the Role

The Surgical Technologist is a vital role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. We are seeking compassionate, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a Surgical Technologist, you will assist with fertility-focused surgical procedures, maintain sterile environments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care at every step of the path to parenthood.

We are seeking aSurgical Technologist to join our dedicated team at Pinnacle Fertility - Washington, located inSeattle.This is apart-time, onsite position, working flexibleshifts between 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with fertility procedures such as Egg Retrieval, D&C, Hysteroscopy, Vasectomy Reversal, Testicular Sperm Aspiration, Varicocelectomy, and others
• Maintain aseptic techniques and ensure appropriate equipment setup and operation
• Prepare and maintain surgical fields, scrub into cases, and promote a safe surgical environment
• Assist with patient positioning and monitor for comfort and safety in the OR
• Participate in OR turnover, decontamination, sterilization, and equipment maintenance
• Manage inventory to ensure surgical supplies and instruments are available and ready
• Coordinate with equipment vendors and reps to maintain proper functionality
• Collaborate with the surgical team to streamline procedures and maximize efficiency
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards
• Provide outstanding customer service to patients and team members
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Position Requirements

• Education & Licensure:
• Washington State Department of Health Surgical Technologist licensure
• Completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience:
• 1-2 years of experience working as a Surgical Technologist in a clinical or surgical setting preferred
• Skills & Attributes:
• Proficiency in maintaining sterile environments and assisting with surgical procedures
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a patient-first mindset
• Flexibility:
• Willingness to work within early morning shift hours and adjust as needed
• Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $57.00 per hour (final offer based on experience, skills, and qualifications)
