Responsibilities: Prepare and maintain sterile fields, select and organize instruments and supplies, anticipate surgeon needs, and ensure safe use of instrumentation and equipment. Perform accurate counts, handle specimens, and collaborate effectively with RNs, surgeons, and anesthesia teams. Support patient-centered care, adhere to infection-control standards, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives in a respectful, team-based environment.
