Prepare operating rooms, set up and verify surgical instruments and supplies, maintain sterile technique, assist surgeons and nurses intraoperatively, anticipate instrument and equipment needs, support patient positioning and draping, handle specimens safely, document accurately, and ensure efficient room turnover.
