United Surgical Partners International, Inc. is seeking a Surgical Technologist / Scrub Tech for Bucks County Surgical Suites Highpoint in Pennsylvania.

The role involves scrubbing for procedures, maintaining a sterile field, preparing supplies, and supporting the surgical team in a fast-paced ambulatory setting. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, complete a Surgical Technician Program, CST certification, and about one year of experience.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Surgical Technician Program.
• Certification (CST) required.
• One year of experience as a Surgical Tech in multiple specialties preferred.
• Ambulatory surgical center experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and aseptic techniques.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions; excels in teamwork and communication.

• Understanding of aseptic techniques and their implementation
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
• Must excel in teamwork and possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with staff, engage with patients, and coordinate with physicians
