Pride Health is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist to support our client's medical facility in Bozeman, MT 59715. This 13-week assignment offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with a path to long-term employment.

The role requires CST certification, AHA BLS, and graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program. Expect 10–12 hour day shifts, 40 hours per week, and collaborative work with surgeons and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (or military equivalent).
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts and 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Function as the scrub technologist in the operating room.
• Maintain a safe, sterile operating room environment.
• Prepare and manage case carts for procedures.
• Assist during surgical procedures and coordinate instrumentation and supplies.
• Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, Sterile Processing, and Materials Management.

Job Title: Certified Surgical Technologist

Weekly blended pay: $2,200-$2,600/week

Schedule: 10-12-hour day shifts, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities: Function as the scrub technologist, maintain a safe sterile operating room environment, prepare and manage case carts, assist during surgical procedures, coordinate instrumentation and supplies, and collaborate with surgeons, RNs, Sterile Processing, and Materials Management.

Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (or military equivalent), Certified Surgical Technologist (CST), and AHA BLS certification.

Skills: Strong knowledge of surgical techniques, human anatomy, instrumentation, sterile technique, case preparation, preference cards, and OR workflow coordination.

Callouts: Responsible for communication with Sterile Processing, coordinating instrumentation, breaks, and supply management for scheduled and emergency procedures.
