Job summary

Pride Health is hiring a Certified Surgical Technologist to support our client's medical facility in Bozeman, MT 59715. This 13-week assignment offers a contract-to-hire opportunity with a path to long-term employment.

The role requires CST certification, AHA BLS, and graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program. Expect 10–12 hour day shifts, 40 hours per week, and collaborative work with surgeons and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program (or military equivalent).
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) required.
• AHA BLS certification required.
• Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts and 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Function as the scrub technologist in the operating room.
• Maintain a safe, sterile operating room environment.
• Prepare and manage case carts for procedures.
• Assist during surgical procedures and coordinate instrumentation and supplies.
• Collaborate with surgeons, RNs, Sterile Processing, and Materials Management.
