Surgical Tech - Surgical Services - SIGN ON BONUS

PAY SCALE: $24.90-$34.86 - Days - 10 hr days w/ call

Schedule: 7a-5:30p, call is required

In this position, the Surgical Technician will scrub and assist with all surgical cases carried out. This position will work at our Operating Rooms and our Surgery Center. You will prepare all surgical cases, assist with turnover of rooms, and restock supplies.

Requirements:

1. Graduate of Surgical Technician program
2. Surgical Technician Certification is preferred
3. Prior experience is helpful, but not required
4. Call is required
5. General, Ortho, Urology, OB/GYN, Podiatry, ENT and Facial Plastics experience preferred
6. Ability to take call 2-3 nights per week and every 3rd weekend
7. Flexibility in schedule with 4 days in a row, allowing for a 3-day weekend either Saturday, Sunday, Monday, or Friday, Saturday, Sunday (on a rotating basis)
8. Self-starters preferred with a strong work ethic (help clean, turnover, and scrub when not first assisting)

MUST take call: 2-3 times per week and every 3rd-4th weekend. Can work either 4-10’s or 5-8’s.
