Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations.
• Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards in healthcare.
• Two-year commitment due to onboarding requirements.
• Typing at least 30 words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize OR room, instruments, equipment, and supplies before each procedure.
• Anticipate the needs of surgeons and nurses during surgeries by providing the necessary instruments and supplies promptly.
• Maintain sterile techniques and infection control protocols.
• Assist with patient positioning and prepping, as well as draping the surgical area.
• Collaborate closely with surgical team to ensure efficient and safe patient care.
• Assist with cleaning, sterilization, and maintenance of instruments, equipment, and OR rooms.
