Job summary

Advanced Surgery Center Amarillo seeks a Surgical Technician to work alongside surgeons, assistants, nurses, and anesthesiologists to facilitate safe invasive procedures. You will handle instruments, supplies, and equipment to support the operating room team.

Qualifications include a certificate or associate degree in surgical technology and at least two years of related experience; sterile processing experience is preferred. Regular attendance and adherence to RRSC policies are expected.

Qualifications

• Certificate or associate’s degree in surgical technology is required.
• Two or more years of related experience preferred.
• Experience with sterile processing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Directly assists the physician and nurses with procedures in the operating rooms.
• Performs standard scrub duties and sets up sterile table with instruments and supplies.
• Maintains inventory, prepares patients for surgery, and ensures equipment functions properly.
