Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a general OR environment required.
• BLS Certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to maintain a sterile environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the surgical team during surgeries and anticipate needs.
• Prepare and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
• Count instruments accurately to ensure patient safety.
• Participate in sterilization processes and tests.
