Responsibilities

• Assist and anticipate surgeon needs for instruments, sutures, and supplies
• Prepare for procedures by picking supplies and equipment
• Maintain sterile technique at all times
• Maintain and stock inventory in OR rooms
• Assist with turnover of the OR and processing of instruments
• Decontaminate, clean, inspect, package, and label reusable items
• Support participation in performance improvement
