Job summary

A reputable surgical clinic in the United States is seeking a Surgical Technician to assist surgeons during procedures and ensure a smooth operational flow. The role requires excellent communication skills and attention to detail, alongside experience in a surgical or pre-operative setting. Responsibilities include preparing the operating room, handling equipment, and maintaining a sterile environment. The position operates full-time from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, in an ADA-compliant facility.

Qualifications

• At least 1-3 years of practice – preferably in a pre-operative setting, or in an operating room.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists physicians during procedures and maintains equipment.
• Prepares the room and checks all equipment needs prior to procedures.
• Communicates patient information to recovery RN.
