• Maintains aseptic technique and safety standards throughout surgeries.
• Anticipates needs of the surgical team and supports intraoperative care.
• Maintains instrument sets and supplies; inventories and prepares OR.
• Transports patients, equipment, and specimens as needed.
• Assists in training students and participates in equipment evaluation.
• Contributes to process improvements and ongoing quality initiatives.
• Performs scrub role and supports circulating staff as needed.
• Complies with hospital policies and ongoing safety training.
