Required: High School Diploma or GED, Surgical Technology training (preferred), BLS, and Scrub Tech Certification. Previous patient care experience is a plus, with a focus on safety and quality.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Surgical Technology training (preferred).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Scrub Tech Certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare operative area and maintain sterile field.
• Assist in passing instruments, sponges, and sutures to surgeon.
• Handle surgical specimens as directed by surgeon.
• Prepare operating room and assist with turnover between cases.
• Reprocess and store instruments and equipment.
• Support transfer/positioning of patients per surgeon instructions.
