Job summary

Northwest Specialty Hospital in Post Falls, ID is seeking a passionate Surgical Technologist to join our OR team. You will scrub and assist during operative procedures and help maintain a sterile field with a focus on patient safety and teamwork.

The role requires completing a high school diploma or equivalent, CST certification (or documented performance), and BLS within 60 days. Prior OR experience is preferred, and the hospital offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Graduate ST program, CST certification or documented performance in role.
• Must be able to achieve BLS certification within 60 days of employment.

• Previous experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrub and assist during operative procedures while supporting the sterile field.
• Maintain and organize surgical instruments and equipment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of implants, instruments, and supplies used in the OR.
• Work under pressure with tact, stamina and endurance to ensure patient safety.
