Job summary

You will assist surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff, manage instruments and supplies, and maintain a sterile environment throughout procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology Program or equivalent.
• National Certified Surgical Technologist or equivalent certification upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year of Operating Room experience for grads or six months scrubbing with equivalent training; minimum one year OR experience otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operating room with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff.
• Handle instruments, supplies, and equipment during the procedure; maintain sterile environment.
• Support the surgical team by anticipating needs and ensuring readiness of equipment.
