Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center – Opening in 2025!
When open in early 2025, Cedar Hill Regional Medical Center GW Health will be the first new full-service hospital in Washington, DC in more than 20 years. It will integrate clinical care with existing community providers, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs), The George Washington University Hospital, and our Urgent Care Center in Ward 8. This system aims to establish a robust network of care for all District residents, especially those in Wards 7 and 8, ensuring access to high-quality community care. The hospital will include 136 beds (expandable to 184), a verified trauma center, adult and pediatric emergency departments, maternal health and newborn delivery services, an outpatient pavilion, a 500-car garage, and a helipad.
We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technician (Full Time-Days)
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of surgical procedures, prepare supplies, equipment, and instrumentation, anticipate needs during surgeries, assist the surgical team, and handle case clean-up, patient positioning, and room turnovers.
