The BNI Neurosurgery Department has 11 advanced operating room suites supporting complex spine and brain surgeries. We provide 24-hour neurosurgical care for all ages, including elective and emergency procedures, primarily serving the Phoenix area and Southwestern U.S. Our goals include improving service delivery, community health, fostering learning, and ensuring safety by preventing errors and redesigning vulnerable systems. The unit includes licensed and unlicensed staff.
