You will supervise practicum experiences, model professional behavior, and collaborate with CHCP faculty to ensure learning objectives are met.

This role emphasizes hands-on guidance, assessment of student objectives, and adherence to CHCP core values while maintaining classroom and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Surgical Technologist.
• CST certification required.
• Strong commitment to student success and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Directs practicum goals based on student outcomes and assists students applying theory to practice.
• Evaluates student learning objectives and helps improve performance.
• Uses teaching methods to meet learning objectives and fosters an informal, collaborative learning environment.
• Review course objectives to determine learning opportunities and ensure timely communication of concerns.
