Qualifications

• 1-3 years of operating room surgical technician experience required.
• 1-2 years of lead surgical technician responsibilities preferred.
• 15 continuing education hours related to the practice of surgical technology must be maintained annually.

Responsibilities

• Prepares the operating room for surgical cases ensuring all equipment and supplies are available.
• Maintains aseptic techniques and ensures sterile field integrity during surgical procedures.
• Anticipates the surgeon's needs during procedures, efficiently passing instruments.
