• Surgical Case Preparation: create sterile field and prepare equipment and supplies for procedures.
• Maintains sterile technique and infection control standards throughout procedures.
• Assists surgical team by providing instruments and supplies and by ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
• Supports patient safety through surgical counts and proper handling of specimens.
